We don’t charge to look at and diagnose your device. Once we have worked out what is needed, we’ll give you a fixed quote (or options, We’ll tell you if we think it isnt cost effective or you have better options). If you go ahead, great! That’s the price you pay. If not, you can collect without charge.
Most jobs are diagnosed same day and routine repairs completed that day or the next. Some repairs may require specialist parts, which can take a few days longer to deliver.
Most repairs come with 12 month warranty and all parts come with minimum 12 month warranty. Should you need any help or support afterwards, we are here for you via phone, remote desktop or in person. We are always happy to provide expert advice in plain English. If you need help, just ask!
Some problems are better resolved onsite, such as networking and printer setup. We can send a fully experienced Technician to your location, who can quickly resolve your problem there and then.
