We don’t charge to look at and diagnose your Mac. Once we have worked out what your Mac needs, we’ll give you a fixed quote (or some options). If you go ahead, great! That’s the price you pay. If not, you can collect without charge.
We've been fixing computers of all makes and models at SPB since 2000, Our techs have been fixing computers since the early 90's. (Which is in the Last Century!) We've picked up a huge amount of experience in doing things right and doing things well.
We have a large stock of parts and can usually have you back up and running the same or next day. All our work and parts come with 12 month warranty for peace of mind.

We are not an Authorised Apple Repairer. You can find them here. But we think we’re better value and we offer Mac repairs Apple can’t or won’t, we will also look at Macs Apple class as obsolete. Apple won’t look at those macs. Apple restrict both the number and type of repairs their Authorised Repairers can do; these are conditions we cannot agree to. It would be lovely to have the official badge, but we believe the restrictions far outweigh the marketing opportunity and our Mac repair practices are already up to standard. We’ve been repairing macs and PC’s for over 20 years now.
